Trip Overview
Our custom treks explore the high mountain villages of the Everest and Manaslu regions of Nepal. Our aim is equal parts trekking adventure and cultural immersion as we have opportunities to visit a remote schools, hospitals, Buddhist monasteries, and learn about farming and the way of life in these high mountain villages. These custom trekking adventures offer connection, exhilaration and adventure for the intrepid traveler.
Activity Level
Our custom treks are moderate-to-challenging and rated a ‘3+’ on a scale of 1-5. The activity levels range from 3-5 and will depend on the route we design for your private group. The trails are generally well-maintained and well traveled, with a number of rock steps, several suspension bridges, and some steep, narrow sections with exposure and fixed ropes. Some routes take us over high passes and traverse snow fields and scree slopes. Although the actual distances traveled can be moderate, the high elevation, dust, strong sun, and basic level of amenities on our remote treks can lend more challenge to the adventure. These are truly for the intrepid traveler who seeks unparalleled connections and adventurous experiences.
